About the Organisation

Join a well-established, values-led aged care provider with multiple communities across South East Queensland. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional care and supporting its people, the organisation is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to provide additional support to its People & Culture team during a busy period.

About the Role

This is a hands-on generalist Human Resources role supporting leaders across several aged care communities. Working closely with an experienced People Business Partner, you will provide practical advice and support across a broad range of people matters.

You can be based from any of the following locations:

- Deception Bay
- Beachmere
- Caloundra
- Mount Warren Park
- Bethania

Some work from home flexibility is available. However, this is a business partnering role, so regular on-site presence will be required to build relationships and support leaders.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing advice on employee relations, performance management and workplace matters
- Supporting managers with employment legislation, Modern Awards and company policies
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and general Human Resources activities




- Building robust relationships with leaders across multiple sites
- Supporting organisational change and People & Culture initiatives
- Providing practical, commercially focused Human Resources advice

About You

You are an experienced Human Resources Generalist who enjoys partnering with leaders and finding practical solutions to people challenges.

You will bring:

- Previous experience in a generalist Human Resources Advisory role
- Strong employee relations capability
- Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and Modern Awards
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A practical, solutions-focused approach
- The ability to work autonomously while working as part of a collaborative team

Experience within aged care, healthcare or another highly regulated environment will be highly regarded but is not essential.
