About the Company
An industry-leading commercial fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager/Site Supervisor to join its growing team, delivering high quality fit-out projects across Sydney and NSW. This is an excellent opportunity to take a key leadership role within an established organization renowned for delivering complex commercial fit-out projects safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
The company delivers a diverse range of fit-out projects across multiple sectors, including:
- Hospitality venues and restaurants
- Retail stores and luxury brand fit-outs
- Education facilities
- Health and medical facilities
- Refurbishments and specialist interior projects
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with WHS legislation and company standards.
- Lead incident investigations and implement effective corrective and preventative actions.
- Leading toolbox talks and site meetings
- Building relationships with clients, consultants and external stakeholders
- Liaising with councils, statutory authorities and other external stakeholders
- Leading, mentoring and developing your site team
About You
- Previous experience as a Site Manager/Site Supervisor within the construction industry.
- Sound knowledge of NSW WHS legislation, ISO standards, and construction safety management systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to influence safety culture across large project teams.
- Relevant WHS qualifications and White Card.
