About The Role

Onsite Rental Group are seeking an enterprising Account Manager to join our team in Glendenning, NSW.

Responsibilities

- Pro-actively partner with customers to understand their operations and business needs to identify suitable equipment rental solutions and opportunities to add value.
- Develop and maintain strong industry networks and relationships to support sales opportunities.
- Assist in annual revenue and capital expenditure budgets and prepare both routine and ad hoc sales reports and forecasts.
- Perform market research to identify new or enhanced sales opportunities using relevant market data.
- Prepare quotes for hire and support tender submissions.
- Communicate effectively with branch team to support sales activity and ensure exceptional customer service is delivered.
- Maintain accurate client data in CRM system.

Skills and Experience

- Sales experience in hire/capital equipment/industrial or related industry.
- Ability and willingness to cold‑call, in person and by phone.
- Record of success in attracting and retaining new business.




- Capacity to work safely and autonomously in the field.
- Resilience and the ability to overcome obstacles and find solutions.
- Solid interpersonal, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution and relationship‑building skills.
