We are looking for a Group Product Manager to own an AI‑powered product domain, drive innovation, and lead a team of Product Managers.
Some of your responsibilities include and are not limited to:
- Own and evolve the product vision, strategy and roadmap for a suite of products within a critical product domain – with a strong focus on building new AI products.
- Translate market, customer and business insights into explicit product direction and prioritised initiatives.
- Ensure product decisions balance customer value, technical feasibility and commercial outcomes.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of AI Product Managers and Product Owners, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership and customer‑centricity.
- Provide clear direction, coaching and support to enable high‑quality product discovery and delivery.
- Build strong product management practices, ways of working and continuous improvement across the team.
AI Product Delivery & Execution
- Lead delivery teams to execute against the roadmap, driving prioritisation, removing blockers and ensuring timely releases.
- Maintain strong oversight of day‑to‑day product delivery, ensuring outcomes are met and value is realised.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design to ensure high‑quality, scalable and maintainable product solutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Influence
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to align product initiatives with broader business goals.
- Influence senior stakeholders through clear communication,
data‑backed recommendations and well‑articulated business cases.
- Ensure shared understanding of product goals, progress and trade‑offs across teams.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions, measure success and optimise outcomes.
- Synthesise customer feedback, market trends and performance data into actionable insights.
- Drive continuous improvement across product processes, rituals and team capability.
- Demonstrated experience owning and scaling AI/ML‑powered products, including generative AI, predictive models or decisioning systems.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (model lifecycle, training data, evaluation metrics, limitations and risks) and how to translate them into customer value.
- Proven track record defining product vision, strategy and roadmaps for technology or SaaS platforms with embedded AI capabilities.
- Experience leading and developing high‑performing teams in complex, cross‑functional environments.
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to collaborate deeply with Engineering and Data Science teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and align teams.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders using data‑driven insights and clear business cases.
- Results‑driven mindset, balancing user value with pragmatic commercial outcomes.
- Strong delivery leadership capability, including prioritisation, dependency management and release execution.
- Demonstrated ability to take market and customer insights to design and scale AI‑enabled user experiences, automation, recommendations and human‑in‑the‑loop workflows.
- Continuous improvement mindset across product practices, team development and personal growth.
- Strong analytical capability and passion for using data to drive engagement, adoption and conversion.
