The Role
- Provide safety guidance across the Project site.
- Support project teams with WHSE systems and compliance aligned to RCC’s Project Management Plan.
- Promote a proactive safety culture through mentoring and coaching.
- Analyse safety data and contribute to continuous improvement strategies.
- Assist with the rollout of safety technologies (e.g., HammerTech).
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in construction safety coordination, ideally on complex building projects.
- Relevant WHS qualifications and certifications.
- Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Confidence using digital safety systems.
