Shape your world through meaningful work Support Stage 2 implementation of the DCA Internal expression of interest - Temporary full time until December 2026 Parramatta or Statewide Clerk Grade 7/8 This role is positioned with the Governance and Strategy Team and plays a key role in supporting the implementation of the Development Coordination Authority

(DCA). The role supports the development, negotiation and delivery of up to 10

agency agreements, working closely with DCA leadership, DPHI teams and agencies to establish effective governance and operating arrangements. In the role you will use your critical analysis and problem-solving skills to navigate complex policy and operational issues, translating evidence and stakeholder insights into practical solutions that improve service delivery and decision-making. You'll collaborate with senior leaders and partner agencies, influence meaningful change, and contribute directly to the success of a NSW Government reform priority.

Experience developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating policy projects and initiatives within complex authorising environments.





Ability to engage with complex internal and external stakeholder groups to identify, design and implement policy related improvements.

Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work workplace.

Solid time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. Essential Degree qualification in a related relevant discipline e.g., Bachelor of Public Policy, Bachelor of Planning, Bachelor of Law, or Bachelor of Environmental Management or relevant experience.
