A well-established Specialist (surgeon) in Bella Vista is seeking a reliable and experienced Practice Manager to support day-to-day operations.

Work Location: Onsite at Norwest Private Hospital. Alternating once per fortnight between Parkway SAN Clinic and Macquarie University Hospital.

Duties include

- Full medical admin support – correspondence via phone and email, referrals, billing & scheduling
- Coordinating clinics and maintaining smooth patient flow
- Travel to clinic locations – based in Bella Vista, with travel to Wahroonga and Macquarie
- Hospital bookings for procedures
- Medicare/Work Cover/private billings

What you’ll need

- Experience with health fund accounting
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working for a Specialist or surgeon




- Proficiency in the use of Genie Software
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner, together with neat presentation, empathetic and caring personality
- Great attitude for teamwork
- Positive mindset and problem-solving skills
- Displays a solid sense of initiative
- Must have a driver’s licence and access to vehicle, as you are required to commute to other clinic locations.

Pay is well above award rates.

Working hours are full-time preferred but flexibility to 4 days per week also negotiable.
