About the Opportunity

As the Practice Manager / Site Senior, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation of our exciting new Dutton Park clinic.

This is an opportunity to truly make the role your own.





Working closely with our doctors and leadership team, you'll establish a welcoming, efficient and high-performing clinic that reflects the values and standards Top Health Doctors is known for.

This role offers an outstanding work-life balance, working Tuesday to Friday (four days per week) across an eight-day fortnight, giving you more time to enjoy life outside work.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

- Leading the day-to-day operations of the clinic

- Building and maintaining a positive, high-performing reception team

- Creating an exceptional patient experience from first contact through to departure

- Coordinating appointment systems and daily workflow

- Supporting doctors, nurses and allied health professionals

- Managing Best Practice software and administrative processes

- Monitoring clinic performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

- Ensuring compliance with accreditation, Medicare and healthcare standards

- Working collaboratively with the wider Top Health Doctors leadership team

- Helping establish and grow one of Brisbane's newest GP clinics

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys leadership, takes initiative and thrives in a busy medical environment.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Previous experience managing or leading within a General Practice clinic





- Experience using Best Practice software

- Excellent leadership and people management skills

- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities

- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- A positive, proactive attitude
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional patient care
