- Lead and inspire practitioners through coaching, supervision and professional development to deliver high-quality, evidence-informed support to families.

- Drive best-practice outcomes by providing expert guidance on child protection risk, safety planning, case management and engagement with families experiencing complex challenges.

About the Candidate - Hold a relevant tertiary qualification (allied health, social work, human services) with professional registration (if required) and, a membership in a professional association (desirable).
- At least five (5) years/' experience working with children and families, preferably with time spent working within a trauma-informed framework.
- Relevant experience supervising staff in similar role.
- Eligibility to work in Australia (proof of eligibility required), including holding or obtaining required checks (Working with Children Check or professional exemption).
- Current driver/'s licence.
