Practice Nurses | Multiple Opportunities Across Adelaide | Up to $43/hr + Super

Are you an experienced Practice Nurse looking for a new opportunity within a supportive and growing General Practice setting?

DNA Healthcare is currently partnered with a well-established healthcare organisation with a number of clinics located across Adelaide. Due to continued growth, they are seeking Registered Nurses to join their team across multiple locations.

The three most urgent opportunities currently available are based in Aldinga, Dover Gardens, and Beverley, with immediate starts available.

The Positions

Aldinga

This busy, well-established clinic is home to 8 GPs and is seeking a Practice Nurse to join the team on a permanent part-time basis.

Hours

- 32 hours per week

This position would suit Nurse looking for a consistent part-time role that can fit around family commitments, study, or another nursing position.

Dover Gardens

This thriving clinic currently has 7 GPs and is continuing to grow.

This position will be permanent full-time, Monday-Friday, 38 hours per week.

Beverley

This is one of the larger clinics of this organisation, home to 16 GP's. This role will be permanent full-time, Monday-Friday, 38 hours per week. This clinic would be best suited to a Nurse who is confident working in a larger clinic across a higher number of GP's. There are 5 other Nurses currently working at the clinic, a mix of full-time and part-time.

About the roles





Working alongside a team of experienced GPs and healthcare professionals, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care across a range of treatment room and preventative health services, including:

- Immunisations and vaccinations
- Chronic disease management
- Care plans and health assessments
- Wound care
- Health screening and preventative health activities
- Assisting with procedures
- Patient education and health promotion
- General treatment room duties

All clinics utilise Best Practice software and are supported by experienced multidisciplinary teams.

About you

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience working as a Practice Nurse within General Practice
- Strong clinical and treatment room skills
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Experience using Best Practice software highly regarded
