The Role
We’re looking for a technically confident and commercially minded Pre-Sales Consultant to join our Sydney team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the sales team, customers, and vendors to understand requirements, design tailored solutions and demonstrate how efex solutions deliver real business value. You’ll play a key role from initial discovery through to solution design and handover, ensuring everything is aligned, achievable, and set up for successful delivery.

Role, You’ll Provide pre-sales technical support across Networking, Voice, Security, Cloud, and hosted services Partner with Account Managers to scope and develop tailored IT solutions Gather and analyse customer requirements, working closely with sales, vendors, and clients Design and propose creative technical solutions aligned with the efex product stack Build bills of materials (BOMs) and supporting solution documentation Prepare and deliver compelling proposals,
