As demand for our products continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated and reliable Process Operator to join our manufacturing team in Rowville. About The Role As a Process Operator, you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing operation, helping transform premium ingredients into products trusted by thousands of Australians every day. Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, you'll ensure our production processes run safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on role, offering plenty of opportunities to learn, contribute and grow.

What You'll Be Doing Operating manufacturing and packaging equipment safely and efficiently

Monitoring production processes to ensure quality and performance targets are achieved

Conducting routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks





Maintaining production supplies and materials to keep operations running smoothly

Meeting daily production schedules and deadlines

Identifying opportunities to improve processes, productivity and efficiency

Working closely with team members across production and quality teams

Maintaining a clean, safe and compliant work workplace

Following all health, safety and quality procedures What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who is reliable, proactive and takes pride in their work. You don't need to tick every box to apply. Ideally, You'll Have Previous experience in a manufacturing, process operation or packaging environment (2+ years preferred)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Good communication and teamwork skills

Basic mathematical and problem-solving abilities

Experience working with ERP systems (advantageous)
