Job Description

As the Clinic Manager for our Bella Vista 'Sky' clinic, you will provide operational management and support to the clinic, its clients and staff to ensure effective and efficient day‑to‑day operations.

Key relationships you will build and maintain include the General Manager, Business and Strategy Manager, Therapy Manager, therapists and administration staff.

Qualifications & Experience

- Considerable management experience in the disability sector




- Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health, Social Sciences or Counselling are highly desired
- Exceptional interpersonal and people management skills
- Previous experience leading a high‑performing team within a human services context
- Demonstrated capacity to provide support and leadership in a rapidly growing organisation
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- A current NSW driver’s licence and own vehicle, and willingness to use this for work purposes
