We are seeking experienced and reliable owner‑drivers to partner with us and service our customers in Sydney and surrounding regions. This is a fantastic chance for those with: Prime Movers (Tow Operators)

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver and collect a variety of general and containerised freight in our FCL rail BU.
- Ensure freight is transported safely, securely, and in line with company and regulatory requirements.
- Comply with all road safety, fatigue management, and chain of responsibility requirements.
- Complete required delivery documentation accurately and on time.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams regarding schedules and delays.
- Adhere to agreed delivery timeframes and service standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service at every stop.

What You’ll Need

- Prime Mover must be no more than 5 years old
- Meet specific customer vehicle compliance requirements: Euro 5 Emissions STD / 4‑way in‑cab cameras / Parking brake alarm system / Trailer coupling risk reduction system.
- A sound knowledge of Sydney metro and surrounding areas
- Strong time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Excellent knowledge of Load restraint guidelines
- Previous semi‑transport experience essential
- ABN and relevant insurance(s).
- Full Rights to Work in Australia

Insurance Requirements





- Motor Vehicle Insurance – Comprehensive third‑party liability, minimum limit: $20 million
- Public Liability Insurance – Minimum limit: $20 million
- Freight/Marine Insurance – $50,000 minimum
