What You’ll Do (Making a Real Impact)

- True Companionship: Building real connections, reducing isolation, and supporting emotional wellbeing.
- Independence at Home: Helping with light household duties, cleaning, laundry, and meal prep to keep homes protected and comfortable.
- Community Connection: Getting clients out and about—driving them to social activities, shopping, and vital appointments.
- Health & Safety Monitoring: Keeping accurate care records and proactively reporting any changes in health or wellbeing to protect our clients.

What You Bring to the Team

- Experience in Care:



A solid background in domestic assistance, community transport, and supporting independent living.
- Great Communication: The ability to document care accurately and communicate effectively with families and coordinators.
- The Essentials: A valid First Aid Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check (or a willingness to obtain them quickly).
- A Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support is highly regarded but not mandatory if you have the right experience!
