Supporting the Macquarie Capital business, our Financial Planning and Analysis team is responsible for presenting on the performance of the business with key responsibilities including analysing, reviewing, and discussing information with relevant stakeholders.

What role will you play?

In this role you will deliver monthly reporting to senior stakeholders and take ownership of half year and full year management discussion and analysis results. You will have the opportunity to lead strategic projects and design and deliver targeted analysis that provides meaningful insight. You will also help improve processes and drive operational excellence across the team.

What You Offer

- CA or CPA qualification with a degree in accounting, finance or a related field
- Experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within financial services or a large operational environment
- A growth mindset with the ability to learn, adapt and seek continuous improvement
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex financial and non-financial data into clear, practical insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
