National 360 is recruiting a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to deliver person-centred support to NDIS participants across community, clinic and telehealth settings in Western Sydney.

You will work with participants, families and teams to conduct FBAs, develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans, and provide carers with training to build capacity while ensuring adherence to NDIS guidelines.
