Our client is a longstanding, boutique financial planning firm in the South East suburbs They are looking for a motivated lending skilled to lead and grow the Mortgage Broking division within their well-established financial planning practice.

About the Role

As the Mortgage Broker, you’ll be responsible for delivering tailored lending solutions that meet each client’s individual needs while building strong referral relationships and contributing to the ongoing success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and strengthen existing referral partnerships while developing new business opportunities.
- Provide expert mortgage advice tailored to clients’ financial goals and circumstances.
- Guide clients through the entire lending process, from application through to settlement.
- Deliver exceptional post-settlement service to foster long-term client relationships.




- Maintain accurate client records and ensure all lending activities comply with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with the broader team to deliver an outstanding client experience and identify cross-referral opportunities.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

- Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain referral networks.
- Strong knowledge of residential lending, credit policies, lender requirements, and compliance obligations.
- Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and client service skills.
- The ability to work independently while effectively managing a diverse client portfolio.
- A genuine client-first approach with a focus on delivering quality advice rather than high-volume transactions.
- Current Australian Mortgage Broker accreditation and all relevant licensing requirements.
