The Opportunity

We are hiring Senior Quality Assurance Engineers to play an integral role within our technology teams to ensure our AI products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. This role requires a deep understanding of quality assurance processes, exceptional attention to detail, and passion for ensuring excellence.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both manual and automated testing, an interest in managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and a genuine ability to leverage AI tools — including Claude — as a core part of how they work.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with development teams to understand product requirements and ensure they are reflected in test plans.
- Perform thorough testing of software applications, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution, ensuring timely follow-up and re-testing.
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers,



fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Drive improvements in the QA process, including the adoption of new tools and methodologies — with AI-assisted testing approaches at the forefront.
- Use Claude and other AI tools to accelerate test case generation, defect analysis, and documentation workflows.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective.
- Work closely with DevOps and Development teams to ensure seamless integration of testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Analyse and report on test results, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

To thrive in this role you must be a great communicator with the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment. You enjoy problem-solving and are results-orientated. You will need to demonstrate the following:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software QA.
- Proficiency in both manual and automated testing techniques.
- Robust experience with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Proficiency in Python or TypeScript for test automation and scripting.
- Solid understanding of automated unit testing principles and frameworks, with the ability to write, maintain and review unit tests alongside development teams.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated Claude fluency — you use AI tools as a natural, productive part of your daily workflow. This will be verified through practical assessment at interview.
