About the Role
Reporting to the People and Performance Manager, you7ll take ownership of the recruitment function, delivering end-to-end recruitment across our national business. This is a true business partnering role where you7ll work closely with operational leaders and people leaders to attract, engage and secure exceptional talent across a diverse range of positions. From trade-qualified Bakers and Pastry Chefs through to Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Corporate and Support Functions, you will play a key role in shaping our workforce and building sustainable talent pipelines.
This role combines hands on recruitment delivery with strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders across the business to deliver high quality end to end recruitment
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines and networks
- Coach and advise hiring managers on best practice, market trends and hiring strategies.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience
- Use recruitment metrics and market insights to drive continuous improvement and talent acquisition strategies
What youll bring
- Experience in end to end recruitment, ideally within an in-house manufacturing, FMCG, food production, logistics or multi-site environment
- Proven sourcing capability and experience developing talent pipelines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coach and influence at all levels
- Proficiency with recruitment systems, sourcing platforms and recruitment reporting
- Sound business acumen
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline (desirable)
- Highly visible role partnering directly with operational and business leaders
