Role overview: As an ICU or ED Agency RN, you’ll provide high-acuity, patient-centred care within your clinical specialty across public and private hospitals. Depending on your experience, this may include rapid assessment and triage support in emergency settings, or advanced observations, haemodynamic monitoring, and escalation of clinical deterioration in critical care environments,
alongside accurate documentation and effective multidisciplinary collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Nursing
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Minimum 2 years post graduate experience in ICU or ED
- Demonstrated ability to work confidently in quick-paced, high-acuity environments
- Advantageous - post graduate qualification in critical care, emergency nursing, or a related specialty
