This fast-growing cosmetics manufacturer is based in Laverton North, Melbourne, offering full concept‑to‑launch capability for their clients, from initial idea right through to product on shelf. They have seen 50% year‑on‑year sales growth for the past two years and are backed by their parent company, a skincare brand worth over $5bn. With a small, close‑knit team of around 50 people, they have plans to continue growing and launch their own in‑house brand within the next 2‑3 years.

The Role - Beauty Operations Coordinator

This newly created position offers the opportunity to shape the role around your strengths. You will participate in a structured three‑month training program rotating across different teams, mentored by senior staff, with hands‑on exposure to the lab and packing line to understand the business from the ground up. From there, you may progress toward marketing and creative, or into account management or project management, depending on your interests.

Job responsibilities

- Getting involved in marketing, social media and website content
- Supporting product sampling and product development
- Assisting with account management and client relationships




- Spending time in the lab and on the packing line to understand production
- Building your own role over time as you find where you add the most value

Job requirements

- Creative, organised and a strong communicator
- A genuine passion for fashion and beauty
- Comfortable using Canva and the Microsoft suite
- Cooperative and hands‑on, and excited about working in a small, tight‑knit team
