The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Founders, this newly created executive leadership role will take ownership of the Australian operation and play a key role in shaping the future of the business.

As COO, you will lead manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, warehousing and commercial operations, bringing greater structure, accountability and operational discipline to support the next phase of growth.

Based in Campbellfield, and collaborating with the leadership team in NZ, you will have the opportunity to improve operational performance, strengthen capability and implement the systems, reporting frameworks and processes required to continue to scale up the business.

Key areas of focus include:

- Leading and developing operational and commercial teams
- Optimising production planning, inventory and supply chain performance




- Driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- Establishing KPI, reporting and accountability frameworks
- Improving customer delivery performance and business predictability
- Developing future leaders and strengthening organisational capability
- Supporting strategic growth initiatives across Australia and New Zealand

About You

If you are an experienced COO, General Manager or Operations Leader with a proven track record leading manufacturing, industrial or supply chain-driven businesses, this would be a strong fit.

Ideally, you will bring:

- Experience leading complex manufacturing, industrial or distribution operations
- Strong supply chain, inventory and operational management expertise
- Experience managing Bills of Materials (BOMs) across a diverse product portfolio
- A track record of driving continuous improvement and business performance
- The ability to build high-performing teams and develop future leaders
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- A practical, hands-on approach with the ability to think strategically
