About The Role

The Counter Sales, Warehouse Operator is a Full‑time position based at Hendra, QLD. Reporting to the Store Manager you will join our Gyprock Trade Centre and assist in the customer service, sales, and warehouse duties.

In This Role You Will

- Provide exceptional customer service for all customers (walk in, email and phone)
- Assist in day‑to‑day activities within the store and warehouse
- Process orders, invoices, and payments
- Maintain high standards of displays and merchandising in the store
- Perform some warehouse duties; forklift licence desirable

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday between 5:30 am and 2:30 pm, totalling a 38‑hour week. Additional hours are paid at overtime rates (including Saturdays).
