We’re looking for an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Procurement Manager to lead procurement and sourcing activities and ensure the organization achieves the best value, quality, and service from its suppliers. In this role, you will develop procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, oversee purchasing activities, and identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency. You'll collaborate closely with finance, operations, supply chain, legal, project teams, and senior leadership to ensure procurement activities align with business objectives and organizational requirements.

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals, operational requirements, and financial objectives.

Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, tendering, supplier selection, negotiations, contracting, purchasing, and supplier performance management.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers that meet quality, cost, delivery, compliance, and service requirements.

Manage strategic supplier relationships and negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions.

Monitor supplier performance, service levels, quality standards, delivery timelines, and contractual obligations.

Lead competitive tendering, request-for-proposal (RFP), request-for-quotation (RFQ), and sourcing processes.

Develop and maintain procurement policies, procedures, approval frameworks, and governance standards.

Identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize purchasing processes, and drive value-for-money initiatives.

Analyze market trends, supplier markets, pricing movements, and supply risks to support procurement decisions.

Collaborate with finance teams to manage procurement budgets, spending analysis, forecasts, and cost controls.

Work closely with supply chain, logistics, warehouse, operations, project, and production teams to ensure timely availability of goods and services.

Partner with legal and risk teams to review contracts, manage supplier risks, and ensure compliance with relevant requirements.





Monitor procurement performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), spend analytics, supplier scorecards, and reporting dashboards.

Maintain accurate supplier records, contracts, purchase orders, procurement documentation, and spend data.

Manage procurement systems, ERP platforms, e-procurement tools, and purchasing workflows.

Identify supply and procurement risks and develop effective mitigation, contingency, and business continuity strategies.

Lead, mentor, and develop procurement professionals and promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Prepare procurement reports, supplier performance reviews, cost analysis, and strategic recommendations for senior management.

Research emerging procurement technologies, automation solutions, sustainable sourcing practices, and industry trends.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives that improve procurement efficiency, supplier performance, cost management, transparency, and business value. ✅ Requirements

Strong understanding of procurement management, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract management, and purchasing principles.

Proven experience managing procurement operations, sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and commercial negotiations.

Solid knowledge of procurement processes, tender management, contract negotiations, purchasing controls, and supplier performance management.

Excellent negotiation, communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, commercial awareness, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Experience managing procurement budgets, spend analysis, cost-saving initiatives, and supplier contracts.

Proficiency with procurement software, ERP systems, e-procurement platforms, and Microsoft Excel.

Familiarity with systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Coupa, Ariba, NetSuite, or similar platforms is advantageous.





Strong understanding of procurement KPIs, spend analytics, supplier performance metrics, and reporting.

Experience identifying and managing supplier, contractual, operational, and supply chain risks.

Knowledge of procurement governance, compliance requirements, ethical sourcing, and sustainable procurement practices.

Ability to manage multiple procurement projects, suppliers, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong commercial mindset with a focus on cost optimization, quality, service, risk management, and long-term supplier value.

Ability to collaborate effectively with finance, legal, supply chain, logistics, operations, project teams, and senior leadership.

High level of professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, responsible sourcing, and procurement excellence.

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, Commerce, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
