About the Role The Procurement Officer is responsible for coordinating and delivering effective procurement services across the organization's allocated aged care facilities. The role ensures that all procurement activities are cost-effective, compliant, and meet operational requirements while supporting the organization's commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the procurement of equipment, furniture, consumables, and other operational supplies.
- Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate pricing to achieve value for money.
- Process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor supplier performance and assist with procurement reporting.




- Support procurement projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Review, monitor and maintain supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed terms, pricing, service levels and organisational requirements.

About You

You will have

- Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain administration.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and procurement or ERP systems.
- A qualification in Procurement, Business, or a related field (desirable).
