Product Support Advisor

Ready to take your technical expertise to the next level? We're looking for a Diesel Technician/Mechanic to step into a Product Support Advisor position on an 8 day on / 6 day off FIFO roster, providing invaluable to support to our customers across Bergen medium-speed gas engines.

While on-site, you will conduct service and diagnostic activities and communicate closely with the customer, onsite supervisors and management. Your key focus will be to ensure that the Penske Product range has optimum reliability and that our customer concerns are dealt with promptly.

About You

- Hold appropriate trade qualifications and at least 5 years of experience in a related industry.
- Possess an unwavering desire to provide world class leading customer service to Penske Australia and New Zealand's customers.
- High level of completed product specific training and competency to provide technical support for Bergen medium speed gas engines.
- Demonstrate prior experience in positively contributing to the ongoing growth of team success.
- Good communication skills for regular interaction with customers, colleagues and supervisors.
- Strong job report writing skills and attention to detail.
