Production Administration Officer

Your New Opportunity An exciting opportunity has become available for a Production Administration Officer to join our Production team based in Wacol, Brisbane.

Reporting to the Production Operations Manager, you'll provide administrative support across the Production department, ensuring accurate reporting, data management and documentation while helping drive operational efficiency. Working closely with production leaders and key stakeholders, you'll play an important role in supporting day-to-day operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, has exceptional attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What will you do?

- Provide administrative support to the Production Operations Manager and Production Supervisors.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, production data and operational documentation.
- Assist with payroll support, timecard reconciliation and accounts administration.
- Maintain production records, work orders, efficiency data and reporting systems.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, contractors and external suppliers to support daily operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative and production processes.
- Ensure documentation is maintained accurately and complies with company and legislative requirements.
- Assist with asset management and general administrative functions across the Production team.

About you:

- Previous administration experience within a manufacturing, production or industrial environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.




- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Experience working with business systems, data management and reporting.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, team-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience supporting payroll, accounts or continuous improvement initiatives will be highly regarded.
