About the Role
You’ll learn how to assemble our electro‑mechanical products and support the production team. This is hands‑on work where you’ll be trained by experienced team members and gain skills that can open long‑term career pathways.
Hourly Rate: $36.81 (inc. casual leave loading) + super
What you will do
- Assemble products and sub‑assemblies using drawings and work instructions
- Use tools and equipment to complete practical tasks
- Assist with testing, quality checks and production records
- Keep the workspace clean, organised and safe
What we are looking for
Essential
- Interest in electrical and/or mechanical assembly.
- Practical, hands-on capability with tools and basic mechanical tasks.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Right to work in Australia
Desirable
- Experience using hand tools, crimpers or basic mechanical/electrical tools
- Exposure to electrical, mechanical or panel assembly environments
