Our client is a leading manufacturing business based in Albury and is seeking reliable, safety-focused Production Operators to join their team on a casual labour hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with a well-established employer, with consistent full-time hours available for the right candidates.

The Role

Working within a fast-paced manufacturing workplace, your responsibilities will include:

- Operating production machinery and equipment
- Maintaining a strong focus on workplace health and safety
- Monitoring product quality and production output
- Working across different production areas as required
- Contributing to a positive and team-oriented workplace

This position operates on a 12-hour rotating roster, including day, night and weekend shifts. About You To be successful, you will ideally have:

- Previous manufacturing, production or machine operating experience
- A strong commitment to safety and following procedures




- A reliable work ethic and excellent attendance
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
- The ability to work rotating shifts
- A current Forklift Licence
