Golden Eggs is one of Western Australia's leading egg production businesses, committed to quality, food safety, operational excellence and continuous improvement. We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our production operations at our Neergabby facility (approximately 30 minutes from Alkimos, Yanchep and Two Rocks). This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational success.

About the Role

As our Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities to ensure operational targets are achieved safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will play a key role in leading production teams, improving productivity, maintaining food safety compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and develop production staff to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate daily grading, packing and production activities.
- Monitor labour utilisation, productivity and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, SQF, food safety and biosecurity requirements.
- Promote and maintain a strong workplace health and safety culture.
- Manage production reporting, KPIs and operational documentation.
- Work collaboratively with logistics, warehouse and farm teams.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support recruitment,



onboarding and employee development activities.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor or Operations Supervisor position.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong communication, leadership and people management skills.
- Experience achieving production targets and operational KPIs.
- Sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Valuable computer skills including Microsoft Office and operational systems.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
