The Role:

Are you looking for a role where you enjoy coming to work, are a crucial part of a small, friendly team, and have the opportunity to grow? Join our Milling Team at our Nathalia site and help us produce top-quality stockfeed while delivering exceptional customer service.

No prior experience is required! While experience in a mill, stockfeed production, or manufacturing is beneficial, we provide full on-the-job training. Whether you’re new to the workforce or seeking a change, we’ll support you in learning every aspect of the role.

What matters most to us is a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, a team-first mindset and the ability to physically perform the requirements of the role.

Your Main Duties Will Include:

- Operating and controlling the production process through a modern batching system and well-maintained equipment.

- Ensuring accuracy in ingredient preparation and following customer specifications while adhering to HACCP and Feed Safe standards.

- Conducting quality checks and maintaining detailed records to ensure consistent, high-quality products.

- Operating various production equipment and machines,



including those used for ingredient preparation, batching, milling, mixing, inward goods receival, loading, and dispatch.

About You:

We’re looking for motivated individuals who:

- Are physically fit (manual handling and lifting required).

- Can work rotating Day and Afternoon shifts (on a rostered basis).

- Have a positive attitude and proactive mindset, working well both independently and in a team.

- Have basic Math's and English skills to perform the role effectively.

- Hold a forklift license, or are willing to obtain one (we will assist the right candidate).

- Have a strong commitment to workplace safety and responsible manual handling.

Additional Requirements:

- The successful applicant must pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.

- To be eligible, you must have permanent working rights in Australia. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer sponsorship at this time.
