About the Role

Mountain Trail RV is looking for motivated and reliable Assembly Workers to join our growing manufacturing team in Albury, NSW.

This is a full-time opportunity to build premium off-road caravans in a modern manufacturing setting. Working as part of a skilled production team, you'll play a key role in assembling high-quality products that are recognised throughout Australia for their craftsmanship and innovation.

Whether you have experience in manufacturing, construction, cabinetry, automotive assembly or a related trade, this role offers the opportunity to develop your skills and build a long-term career with a growing Australian manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities

As an Assembly Worker, you will:

- Safely operate hand tools, power tools and workshop equipment.

- Assemble and fit caravan components including composite panels, aluminium trims, windows, doors, skylights, solar panels and accessories.

- Apply sealants and perform waterproofing throughout the caravan (caulking experience is advantageous but not essential).

- Install components accurately in accordance with engineering drawings and work instructions.

- Conduct quality inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure our high standards are maintained.

- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve daily production targets.

- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area.

- Identify and report quality or production issues promptly.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency and safety.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, construction or a similar hands-on environment.

- Experience in plumbing, 12V electrical, cabinetry or caravan manufacturing (highly regarded but not essential).

- The ability to read and follow technical drawings and work instructions.





- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality workmanship.

- A strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude.

- The ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced team environment.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

- A commitment to workplace health and safety.

- Reliable attendance and excellent time management.

- Physical fitness to undertake manual handling and work on your feet throughout the day.

- A willingness to learn new skills and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Working Hours

- Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm

- Friday: 7:00 am – 12:45 pm
