Your new role

As the Senior Programme Change Manager, you will lead change management activities across a complex portfolio of technology-enabled transformation initiatives.Working closely with senior leaders, project teams, business stakeholders and external vendors, you will be responsible for developing and delivering change strategies that drive organisational readiness, stakeholder engagement and sustainable adoption outcomes.This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll influence stakeholders across multiple business areas and provide guidance to Change Analysts and broader project teams.

Key responsibilities include

- Developing and executing end-to-end change management strategies and plans.
- Leading stakeholder engagement, communications and change activities across multiple projects.
- Conducting change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments.
- Developing and overseeing communications, training and adoption strategies.
- Providing leadership, coaching and support to Change Analysts.
- Supporting go-live planning, business transition and post-implementation activities.
- Identifying and managing change risks, issues and dependencies.
- Partnering with project managers, technical teams and business leaders to ensure successful outcomes.
- Contributing to governance reporting,



programme planning and executive updates.
- Driving sustained adoption of new systems, processes and capabilities

What you'll need to succeed

- Extensive experience leading organisational change initiatives within complex environments.
- Demonstrated success delivering change outcomes across large technology-enabled transformation programmes.
- Strong experience developing change, communications, training and adoption strategies.
- Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
- Expertise in change impact assessment, business readiness and stakeholder management.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working across multiple projects within a programme or portfolio environment.
- The ability to work autonomously while managing competing priorities.
- Experience leading or mentoring change practitioners.
Highly regarded:

- Experience supporting enterprise system implementations.
- Experience within higher education or similarly complex organisations.
- Prosci, ADKAR, ChangeFirst, Kotter or equivalent change management certification.
- Experience working with SaaS, CRM, case management or large enterprise platforms
