We are seeking x 2 enthusiastic and safety-focused professionals to join our Gold Coast Recreation Precinct team delivering engaging outdoor recreation programs for individuals, schools, community groups and organisations.

In these rewarding roles, you will facilitate a diverse range of sport and recreation activities, ensuring participants enjoy safe, inclusive, and high-quality experiences.

You will play a key role in encouraging participation, supporting community wellbeing and helping Queenslanders build confidence, skills, and connections through outdoor recreation.

Working as part of a collaborative team, you will contribute to the development and continuous improvement of programs and initiatives, implement risk management and workplace health and safety practices and maintain strong relationships with clients, teachers,



group leaders and community stakeholders.

Your ability to deliver exceptional customer service, manage program administration, and support a positive and inclusive workplace culture will be essential to your success.
