CPA Australia is undertaking a significant transformation initiative that will shape the future experience of our members, customers and employees. We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the Business Transition Readiness, Go-to-Market and Change workstreams for a large-scale, enterprise-wide program.

This is a unique opportunity to drive the successful launch and adoption of a strategically important initiative, ensuring business readiness, stakeholder engagement, operational preparedness and market execution across a complex multi-million dollar program. You will partner with senior business leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure the organisation is ready for successful transition and delivery of program outcomes.

About the Role

As Program Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of Business Transition Readiness, Go-to-Market and Change activities across a complex enterprise program. You will work across business, product, marketing, operations, technology and change teams to drive integrated planning, manage dependencies and ensure readiness for launch.

While this is not a technical delivery role, experience working within technology-enabled transformation programs and an understanding of digital or technology environments will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

- Leading integrated planning across Business Transition Readiness, Go-to-Market and Change workstreams.

- Driving governance, risk, issue and dependency management to support successful program delivery.

- Coordinating launch and readiness activities across business, product, marketing, operations and technology teams.

- Establishing and tracking readiness criteria, ensuring impacted teams are prepared for transition and adoption.

- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and driving alignment across multiple delivery streams.

- Partnering with Change teams to assess impacts, support adoption activities and embed sustainable outcomes.

- Facilitating readiness reviews,



governance forums and go/no-go decision-making processes.

- Managing program reporting, providing clear visibility of progress, risks and readiness to executive stakeholders.

- Overseeing budgets, forecasts and commercial commitments across the program.

- Managing supplier and delivery partner performance to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved.

- Ensuring all activities are delivered in line with organisational objectives, governance requirements and EPMO standards.

About You

You are a confident and pragmatic Program Manager who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments. You have a solid track record delivering transformation initiatives where business readiness, stakeholder engagement and organisational change have been critical to success.

You'll bring:

- 7 years' experience in Program Management, Project Management or Transformation Leadership roles.

- Demonstrated success leading business transition readiness, operational readiness, launch, go-to-market or change-focused programs.

- Experience managing large, complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups.

- Strong understanding of program governance, risk and issue management, dependency management and executive reporting.

- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility at all levels.

- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing program budgets and forecasts.

- The ability to navigate ambiguity, balance competing priorities and maintain delivery focus.

- Relevant Program Management, Project Management, Change Management or Agile certifications (highly regarded).

- Exposure to technology-enabled transformation programs or digital initiatives will be highly advantageous.
