- Package up to $202,166 pa. Package includes salary range ($154,231 pa to $178,369 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
- Located in Greenacre with hybrid working

About the role: As part of the Operational Capability Team, you will:

- Lead the development and implementation of FRNSW's Environmental and Sustainability Management Framework.
- Ensure compliance with relevant environmental legislation, NSW Government policies, and sustainability requirements.
- Develop and deliver strategies that reduce FRNSW's environmental footprint, including emissions reduction initiatives.
- Provide expert advice to executives to support informed decision-making on environmental and sustainability matters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve sustainability objectives.
- Drive projects and programs that deliver measurable advantages for both FRNSW and the community.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on environmental performance, risks, and sustainability outcomes.
- Promote a proactive sustainability culture across the organisation.

About you: To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Broad experience in developing and delivering strategic corporate programs,



projects and resources on time and on budget aimed at achieving change in identified target audience to perform the role
- Sound knowledge and experience in identification, assessment and effective management minimisation or avoidance of environmental and sustainability impacts and risks
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience and understanding of the NSW regulatory framework and leading change initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare high-quality reports, submissions and presentations.

Essential Requirements:

- Tertiary qualifications in a business related field or equivalent experience
