Your role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Regulatory Project Management Office and Remediation, you will support successful delivery through coordination, governance discipline, and stakeholder engagement.

- Coordinate actions, milestones, and remediation project deliverables
- Manage team inbox requests and stakeholder queries
- Maintain registers, trackers, and governance documentation
- Organise meetings, reporting packs, and project updates
- Follow up stakeholders for information and action ownership
- Support consultants and project teams across priorities

You bring strong organisation skills, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to jump in wherever support is needed.

- Experienced in project coordination or administration support
- Strong capability managing competing priorities simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Proven ability coordinating multiple stakeholders effectively
- Ability to quickly respond and adapt to change
- Strong written communication and follow up skills
