Intro Recruitment is currently working across 2x Class 2 residential projects in Sydney's Northshore and Western Suburbs valued at $150-$300 million respectively.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-resourced Tier 2 builder delivering a technically complex Class 2 project comprising multiple residential buildings, townhouses, premium resident amenities and extensive external works.

Working alongside an experienced Project Manager and Senior Site Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering the project from structures through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate RFIs, shop drawings, QA and project documentation
- Support subcontractor coordination and monitor programme delivery
- Manage technical issues, inspections and design coordination
- Assist with procurement, cost control and variations
- Coordinate structural, services and finishes packages
- Ensure works are delivered safely,



on programme and to specification

About You

- 3-6 years' experience as a Project Engineer
- Strong Class 2 residential or mixed-use project experience
- Exposure to projects valued between $50M-$150M+
- Sound understanding of concrete structures, basements and high-rise construction
- Relevant Engineering or Construction qualification
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
