About the Role

Lead production to safely deliver plan, performance and quality across Byerwen. Work closely with operations, maintenance and HSEQT to drive standards and support your people.

Responsibilities

- Monitor the productivity of dozers, drills, and load-and-haul activities
- Identify deviations from KPIs and implement corrective actions to address them
- Promote the safe operation of plant and equipment to prevent damage, misuse, and safety incidents
- Maintain short-interval control boards and provide feedback to the crew on performance.
- Set clear expectations: guide, develop and recognise your team
- Foster a speak-up culture where everyone is respected
