About the role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll set the tone for their entire visit. Your day will include:

- Welcoming patients and managing arrivals with warmth and efficiency
- Scheduling and confirming appointments across multiple imaging modalities
- Processing Medicare, DVA and private billing accurately
- Handling phone and email enquiries from patients and referrers
- Maintaining accurate patient records and supporting smooth clinic flow
- Working closely with clinical staff to keep the day running seamlessly
- Adapting comfortably to the pace and workflow of different sites, including the hospital environment at National Capital Private Hospital

About you

- Previous experience in reception or customer service. Medical or radiology experience is a bonus, but not essential
- A warm, calm and skilled manner, especially with patients who may be anxious or unwell
- Strong attention to detail and confidence with computer systems
- Great communication skills and a genuine team-player attitude
- Comfortable travelling between sites across Belconnen,



Phillip and National Capital Private Hospital
- Familiarity with Medicare billing or radiology information systems (e.g. Karisma, Comrad) is highly regarded
