An established developer-builder with a significant pipeline of residential developments is seeking experienced Pre-Construction Project Managers to join its growing Development & Delivery team.

This opportunity offers genuine ownership of projects from Development Approval through to Construction Commencement, before remaining actively involved during construction to support consultant coordination, design management and statutory approvals.

Working alongside Development, Design and Construction teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are fully coordinated and ready for delivery.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

- Managing projects through the pre-construction phase
- Driving consultant coordination and detailed design
- Managing Construction Certificates and authority approvals
- Programme management and construction readiness
- Design management and value engineering




- Supporting construction through design changes and consultant management
- Assisting project completion, Occupation Certificates and subdivision activities
- Long-term masterplanned communities

About You

You’ll ideally have:

- 6–8+ years' experience delivering large-scale residential developments in Australia
- Experience managing projects from DA through Construction Commencement
- Robust consultant coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Construction Certificates and statutory approvals
- Developer-builder experience highly regarded
