Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Porter to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, which is a 20 minute drive from Uluru, one of Australia’s most iconic landmarks. The role is customer‑focused, part of the Front Office Team, and responsible for delivering a friendly, efficient guest experience.

Key Duties

- Act as an ambassador of the resort ensuring all guests feel welcome on arrival and bid farewell with kindness on departure
- Coordinate guests’ luggage across the hotels, ensuring it is managed in a timely manner
- Look after arriving guests, liaising with reception in terms of room allocations and delivering bags to guests in their rooms shortly after arrival
- Ensure all hotel areas, including guest rooms, offices, vehicles, conference and function areas, and external areas to the property are maintained and cared for on a timely basis as directed by management

This role requires a full Australian driver’s license (manual preferred).
