Board Direction, on behalf of Lumicare - an Australian Medical Technology Business making light work of high-level disinfection - seeks to appoint two (2) Non-Executive Directors with either senior US medical device commercialisation OR senior corporate finance experience.

About the company:

Lumicare is an Australian medical technology company operating in the rapidly growing Medical Device disinfection market. The company has developed a product in the market segment that focuses on the High-Level Disinfection of medical ultrasound transducers.

The organisation is now focused on expanding its installed base, growing recurring revenue, entering additional international markets, particularly the United States, and strengthening its governance and leadership capabilities to support its next phase of growth.

The Chance:





The successful candidates must be able to provide evidence of success in the following essential criteria:

- NED 1 – Governance experience and relevant US industry and market-access networks OR
- NED 2 – Governance experience and strong investor, adviser and capital markets networks

Equally important is having successfully worked in/with an organisation of similar scope and scale.

Location: Sydney-based candidates would be preferred, but not essential.

Remuneration: PAID
