We’re looking for a Senior Immigration Lawyer who wants more than running files. This is an chance to become a trusted adviser to HR and business leaders, mentor future talent and play an important role in the continued growth of one of Australia’s leading immigration and global talent mobility firms.
The Opportunity
You’ll manage your own portfolio of corporate clients, acting as an extension of their HR and leadership teams to provide practical, commercial immigration advice.
You’ll have the autonomy to lead complex matters while working alongside an collegiate team committed to delivering outstanding client outcomes.
This role also provides the opportunity to contribute to business development, mentor team members and help shape the future of the practice.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years’ experience practising Australian immigration law.
- Strong technical knowledge across employer-sponsored visas and corporate advisory work, in a high volume environment.
- Outstanding portfolio and relationship management and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for client service.
- Commercial thinking and a solutions-focused mindset.
- A collaborative leadership style and a desire to mentor others.
- Someone who takes ownership, embraces accountability and enjoys contributing beyond their own practice.
