About the Role At Team Global Express, we're delivering technology solutions that power one of Australia's leading logistics networks. As our Courier Applications Manager, you'll play a critical leadership role overseeing the portfolio of applications that support our Courier business, including transport management systems, pickup and delivery orchestration platforms, customer-facing applications, and key systems of record. Reporting to the Director, Parcels Applications, you will provide technical leadership across the application lifecycle, ensuring our systems remain secure, reliable, scalable and customer-focused. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and vendor partners to drive innovation, optimise performance and deliver technology roadmaps that support business growth.

What You'll Do

- Lead the development, implementation, support and continuous improvement of Courier business applications.
- Define and execute application strategies, operational plans and technology roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
- Manage a blended team of internal resources and vendor partners to deliver application enhancements, projects and support outcomes.
- Provide technical leadership in the resolution of complex application, integration and system performance issues.
- Partner with IT, Operations, Product Owners and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Oversee application performance, availability and reliability while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure applications comply with cyber security, data protection and governance requirements.
- Lead security assessments, vulnerability management and incident response activities relating to the application portfolio.
- Manage audits, reporting,



risk management and compliance activities across the application setting.
- Build strong relationships across the business and serve as a trusted advisor on application strategy and technology decisions.

What You'll Bring

- Experience leading and managing enterprise applications in a complex technology environment.
- Strong knowledge of transport management systems, enterprise platforms and application integration architectures.
- Experience managing application support, development, releases and service performance.
- Understanding of cyber security principles, identity and access management, risk management and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and vendor partners to deliver business outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
