Our Client

Our client has built an excellent reputation in the area of Residential Aged Care, and they are a leading Aged Care provider who have a wonderful company culture. They deliver high quality care and are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to be part of this beautiful facility located in the Southwest. Work with a dedicated team delivering excellence and a clinical Residential Aged Care Manager.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Ensuring clinical care is delivered in line with the aged care standards
- Support, coach and lead the clinical team
- Support the Residential Aged Care Manager
- Reporting on clinical indicators and ensure best practice
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures

The Successful Candidate

- Current AHPRA registration and clinical experience
- Experience as a Clinical Nurse Manager working in a residential aged care
- Knowledge of AN-ACC, SIRs, clinical reporting and best practice
- Current Influenza and Covid vaccinations
- Current National Police Clearance
