We provide nutrition and hydration aligned with our Resident Person-Centred Care Framework. The role supports a more traditional restaurant model with front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house team members. In this position, you will help residents with their meals and drinks following Estia Health's personalised meal service guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Lend a hand with daily life – ensuring residents feel heard, comfortable and well‑fed.
- Assist residents who require additional support and care.
- Help residents enjoy meaningful and engaging activities.
- Be a supportive friend to residents.
- Ensure every resident’s privacy and dignity are respected.
Qualifications
Cert III or IV in Aged Care.
