The Role

We are looking for an AI Principal Engineer to be a senior technical force across our platform. This is a hands‑on leadership role, not a management‑only one. You will architect and build the agentic AI and full‑stack systems that power our creative automation engine, and you will help set the technical direction alongside our CTO. You will own hard problems end to end, from multi‑agent orchestration and retrieval pipelines through to production infrastructure and the front‑end experiences our clients depend on.

If you have taken products from zero to revenue, thrive on ambiguity, love AI, and want your work to ship to real enterprise customers rather than sit in a backlog, this role is built for you.

What You Will Do

You will design and deliver production multi‑agent systems, including orchestration and evaluation. You will build advanced retrieval systems to support reliable, auditable outputs, and stand up the evaluation and observability layers that keep our AI creative rapid and trustworthy.

Beyond AI, you will architect and build on our platform, contributing across the full stack.



You will help embed security and quality controls into the architecture itself, and you will mentor and grow the engineers around you, raising the bar on architectural design, AI/ML practice, and delivery.

What You Will Bring

You are a senior, full‑stack engineering leader with a deep track record in AI/ML, cloud architecture, and product delivery. You bring strong hands‑on experience with agentic systems and modern LLM tooling.

You are fluent in serverless and event‑driven architecture, and comfortable across the full stack in TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Python. You have shipped and scaled products in complex, compliance‑sensitive environments, and you understand what it takes to meet security requirements in production. You have led and mentored engineering teams, owned technical strategy and roadmap, and engaged credibly with stakeholders and leadership.

Nice to Have

Exposure to regulated verticals or experience in creative, media, or content production technology would all be advantages.
