What will you do?

- Oversee the daily operations of the retail kitchen
- Develop innovative menu concepts that align with current food trends and guest preferences
- Provide strong leadership, mentorship and hands‑on training to foster a high‑performing, motivated team
- Set and uphold exceptional food standards through efficient systems and processes
- Assist in managing department budgets, food costs, utilising IT systems to drive efficiency and profitability
- Managing performance and labour costs for permanent and casual kitchen staff
- Championing in office food safety and HACCP accreditation

More About You

- Proven experience managing retail kitchen operations
- A strong track record of leading and inspiring diverse culinary teams
- Expertise in menu development, stock management, and cost control
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering business outcomes
- Relevant culinary qualifications
- Proficiency in business technology, including stock control systems, spreadsheets, and accounting software




- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage at all levels
